Move surveys and inventories
Video surveys may be recorded so our coordinators can build an accurate inventory. Recordings are kept for 90 days after your move and then deleted, unless a claim is open.
Shipment tracking data
Tracking links show the location of the truck carrying your shipment, not your personal location. Links expire 7 days after delivery.
